Set over the first and second floors, with one second floor family bedroom, a second floor dressing room and a bathroom, this cottage can sleep four people. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There is free parking available locally, and a loading space for cars outside the cottage. The Townhouse Apartment is wonderfully-located, and offers a cosy base for a couple or a small family.

Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Lockable garage available 3 mins walk away (bookable in advance with owner). Parking pass provided for 1 car in public car park 3 mins walk away. Stopping permitted for 10 mins to load/unload only outside apartment. Fishing available on River Dee 3 mins walk away (licence required). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 min walk. Note: From ground floor, apartment reached via 12 internal steep steps to first floor then 10 internal steep steps to second floor. Note: Apartment not suitable for elderly or those with limited mobility. Note: This property sleeps max 2 adults and 2 children. |

Llangollen is a small town in Clwyd, Wales. It is located on the edge of the Berywn mountains, on the River Dee, and within a few miles of Chirk, Llanarmon Yn Ial, Nercwys, Maeshafn and Graigfechan and is one of around twenty towns or villages in Clwyd in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The nearest official cities are Bangor (population 15,280), Cardiff (population 292,150), and Swansea (which has a population of 169,880 according to the 2001 Census).
As well as being a great place to stay to explore this part of Wales, including the nearby mountains, LLangollen is also noted for the heritage LLangollen Railway which runs steam trains in and out of the station in the centre of the town.
